I cleaned it with a sponge and dish soap. After it dried, I saw it was still covered in orange colored stuff from the chili. I washed it the same way again, giving it a good scrub. When I rinsed it, it looked clean. I let it dry, and again it is still orange! Is there a better way to clean a cast iron dutch oven?
