You lucky duck! Look up Slow Food or Crock Pot recipes. I use my dutch oven like a crock pot only I put it in the oven at 200F for the day. These ribs are dee-lish:

Marinate back ribs in apple cider (or juice) overnight in fridge.
In morning, remove ribs from juice and put in the dutch oven and pour your favorite bbq sauce over top of the ribs. Put the lid on and cook all day at 200F. If you’d like you can crisp them up on the Q or just serve from the pot.

If you have an adventurous crew for a family, you can substitute the ribs with rabbit and marinate with apple cider with 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. That’s pretty exciting, eh? :-)

    anything and everything

    Dump cake is easy
Dump 1 can pie filling and 1 can of fruit (your choice of fruit) into the pot.
Dump 1 cake mix (out of the bag, do not mix up into batter) white, yellow, or lemon
Dump 2/3 cup melted butter or margarine on top

    Bake for 20-30 min
