    Whipe it down with a good olive oil – or whatever cooking you have – set the pieces in a 200 degree oven – not with the lid on.

    I always forget about it and go about my chores – Generally stuff gets left in the oven for a couple hours

    water and vinegar boil for one hour or so repeat, repeat.

    Aluminum? Are you sure? That causes alzheimers, you know. Cast iron is more likely, I would think. You would have to seriously scrub it, like with steel wool, then oil it and bake it . . . could bake it while you’re baking something else. But that’s iron, not aluminum.
